The only changes were, that I used Magic Sculpt to add the fuzzy vest,
as in Son of Frankenstein, my favorite movie.
I painted the pants to look like leather.
I added a set of steps and a stone wall for a base.
I used a combination of open-cell foam, balsa foam and
 joint compound to construct the base and backdrop.
