Re: Customised McFarlane Traitor Guard
Beautiful weathering! Do you have a photo of the "straight" built figure so we can compare? You know, although I rarely do human figures, those - like everything else I do - I have bashed and bashed! So I would encourage you to continue in this vein, any time you see a figure that would l...

Customised McFarlane Traitor Guard
Hi everyone, I haven't tried customising an action figure before but when I saw the 'artist proof' Traitor Guard from the Mcfarlane Warhammer: Darktide range I really wanted to give it a shot 8) Sadly I don't have any in-progress photos but hopefully the finished pics here will tell the story. The f...

Re: My take on the ABC War Robot
Now, how did I miss this when it was posted? Glad it came back up, because this thing looks fantastic. Not up-to-speed on the actual subject mater, but I don't think I need to be. This is just cool all the way around. All the details, the realism, it just wonderful to look at. Many thanks, much app...

Re: Marvel Spider-Man Paint Your Own Figure - Venom - now finished!
Thank you - it was a bit easier because the design is raised up from the figure but I did end up making quite a few corrections along the way

You're a braver man than I vis-a-vis replacing the teeth!!! The end product of the, lets call it the 'toothpick tedium', is much, MUCH scarier to look at! :D Great work on the base too! Well done! =D> =D> =D> Thank you - yes, getting those teeth in place was a test but well worth it :D

Re: Marvel Spider-Man Paint Your Own Figure - Venom - now finished!
Hey guys, happy new year! Sorry it's been so long for an update but over the Xmas break I had some time to finish Venom, so here goes.. I decided I wasn't that happy with the teeth as they come, so I cut those away (not fun as I have a morbid fear of dentists!) & replaced them with the ends of p...

My Dark Horse Frankenstein's monster
Hi all, Just a few pics of my 'refreshed' Frankenstein's monster from Dark Horse. I got this kit (#387) in 1995 & finished it in 1996 (yikes, that seems ages ago!), since then he's been moved around a lot including the trip from the UK to Greece, & for a while was in need of a bit of repair ...

Re: Marvel Spider-Man Paint Your Own Figure - Venom
I finally had a bit of time to work on Venom this weekend, so here's a couple of pics with some veins added. At first I 'drew' them on using PVA glue applied with a cocktail stick, but after a coat of primer they didn't show up as much as I wanted so I tried again with Green Stuff filler using the l...
