Phoenix
Hello again, this is Jean Gray as Phoenix (from the X-Men). Sorry for the bad setup and the poor pictures, will take something better soon. Made with Magicsculp, some Aves, Sculpey (for the hair - 2 different options) and industrial epoxy putty, the scale is between 1/6 and 1/5 as usual. http://i100...

Re: CABLE
Thanks to each one of you :) The only thing that I don't really like are the guns… Too big, IMO (even if I know that Cable is used to big BIG guns)… that's because you didnt see his boots  guns were planned bigger but I had to reduce them because there was not enough room between his arms a...

Re: THOR (from Koto to Ribic)
Thanks! The statue is already on the way so I cannot take any measurement anyway for what I remember it's a big 1/6 scale. Some items as head and hands are a bit, really a bit smaller than expected but mainly for an overall scenic effect I think, just to outline the massive look of the piece. The or...

THOR (from Koto to Ribic)
Hello! This time a full statue customization I did for a very good fellow. Based on the Kotobukiya classic style Thor sculpted by master Eric Sosa and converted into an Esad Ribic style Thor. This is the Koto statue used for the custom: http://i1007.photobucket.com/albums/af197/figuralia/koto-thor.j...

Can we see more pics? It's a customization work I did on an existing (not mine) kit, clicking on the icons/lens should open the full size. http://i1007.photobucket.com/albums/af197/figuralia/th_vampirella_samurai_in_armour_geisha_hair_style.jpg http://i1007.photobucket.com/albums/af197/figuralia/th...

I only use it to bulk up volumes, all final layers are made of epoxy.

Re: QUESTION about resin fillers
Thanks for your replies and suggestions. The main issue I'm having right now is the reproduction of some very fine details due to the increased viscosity and yes it's a true mess using fillers with fast urethane resin. Thought could be better brushing a thin layer of resin for fine details and next ...

QUESTION about resin fillers
Hello, anyone could suggest a good product to be used as a resin filler? In the past I already used stuff like calcium carbonate but it catchs a lot of moisture which makes resin bubbling. I also purchased what they call glass microballoons but all I got is a superfine white powder and still not sur...
