Re: Cured super glue

Go on line and purchasce a 1oz. bottle of (BOB SMITH INDUSTRIES "UN-CURE," it is a CA REMOVER, the bottle says it is supposed to break down the glue in 30-120 seconds. I haven't tried it yet but I purchased it at HOBBY LOBBY in the modeling section next to the Super Glue. This remover come...

Re: Katahdin (Prophecy 1978)

I have the Full figure Katahdin resin kit with the cub on the base from the 1979 movie PROPHACY and I would post pictures on here except the kit is in a storage unit buried under a bunch of boxes full of other kits, it is a very old and rare kit, as I recall it was produced in the 1990's, I haven't ...

The movie Prophecy is a 1979 movie.
I have an original resin model kit of Katahdin released years ago.

Re: FYI - Janus' Karloff-Pierce grail back in production

Honestly, I'd be surprised if they were selling fast. $425 was an appealing price for the kit when it was out of production, but high for a two-figure piece that is currently available. Especially given that you can't escape from the grocery store in 2022 without dropping a mortgage payment for a c...

Re: ANYONE BUILT MIKE HILL'S CHANEY PHANTOM?

I have had this kit new in the original box for years but just like a lot of other kits I have collected over the years I still haven't got around to building it.
The kit is pretty rare to find for sale these days.

Re: Yagher Frank Chained

I purchased the Deluxe version of this Frankenstein Chained kit when it was first issued, I absolutely love the huge back wall because it really enhances and completes the scene of the monster, granted it is a heavy kit weighing in at 24 lbs.

Re: Question regarding kit prices from China and Japan.

I think it was in a YT video where people went over to the Japanese Wonder Festival, and it seems the the trademark holders will allow their subjects to be sold by garage kit makers for one or 2 days. Which is why getting an original kit is nearly impossible, and why the Asian recast market is craz...
