I'm sharing this here first, because I believe this is where the late Tom Parker would have first shared it himself.
First, the photos, which I got today from Jeff Yagher. Presenting Old Man Barnabas, a replacement head for the MPC Dark Shadows Barnabas Collins plastic kit.
I first heard about this project from Tom on May 26, 2017, shortly after I finished remolding a Dracula replacement head for him. The plan was to get me to mold this vampire for Tom as well. As we all know, though, Tom passed away Aug. 26 at the age of 55.
With the blessing of Tom's brother Fred, I approached Jeff about the possibility of finishing this final Cult of Personality Productions project and dedicating a portion of the proceeds to Tom's favorite charities. Jeff generously agreed and the wonderful piece pictured above is what he came up with. I gotta think Tom would have been happy; I sure am.
The sculpture should be in my hands soon and I'll jump on molding it to make it available in February. Hope you all like it.

Wow!
That looks great.
And yeah, Tom would have loved it, and this is where he would have shared it.
Still hard to get used to him not being around and sharing info, and his cool ideas.
