Another Polar Lights Phantom of the Opera (finished)
Thought I would build another one after getting one of Todd's heads off of his new site.... Made a start on the base...

That's really nice. Excellent gradient work.

Finished up - my camera obliterated my lines on the trousers etc. The head sculpt from Todd at Escapehatch is awesome - --

Geez Louise, that's spectacular. Do you mind if I share the photos on the Dedham Pond page? I'll credit you as the painter. No worries if you'd rather I not.

OUTSTANDING !

Superb work, love the light effect and eerie glow on the wall! I have this kit in my display, it's a superb bit of styrene and having now seen yours, would like to add a back wall as it holds everything together so well. What did you use tot create the textured bricks, they look ver effective
Cheers,
Paul

Hi Paul - I reversed a 1/24 scale A4 brick wall scene from a doll house. - the reversed texture was then cut into sorta' rough non-uniform squares and placed on a piece of plasti-card. then painted - nothing fancy?Tiger2 wrote:Superb work, love the light effect and eerie glow on the wall!
