I could have sworn I saw this kit mentioned around here before, but for the life of me I couldn't find a thread.
For those that don't know, Bandai made a kit of a cup of noodles.
Well, Tested did a video building that kit.

Initially I thought this was an April fool gag, but no, it's July and is totally real! What crazy idea, might just have to get one
Cheers,

I might be mistaken, but I think Jason may have mentioned buying this on Model Club TV...

Oh I know he did mention it.
I thought about buying it myself but ended up not getting it. I have enough kits that would be much higher on the priority list.

I just didn't see the point myself, but I love that it has a "Do Not Eat" warning label on it!

For some reason the Japanese love model kits of food.
You can actually find several different dumpling kits. A wide variety of sushi model kits.
They basically make model kits for just about anything.

I saw Jason talk about it on Model Club TV and surprisingly it was easy to find in my local hobby shop. I got one and have to decide how I want to build it. I think I saw some pics of people who kit-bashed the thing to make it look different.

Has anyone else made the obvious observation that a carefully wielded X-acto knife and some acrylic spray applied to the contents of an ACTUAL Cup-A-Noodle box can get you the same model - at a FRACTION of the price???
And no painting, either!!!
Oh, those wacky Japanese!!!
