I recently scored this old AMT 1:520 kit of the US Navy airship USS Macon. Built it up, too. :D This kit will be "flying", courtesy of "forced perspective" above the Cipriano "Kong Up Top 3.0" bash I've been working on. Why you ask - the airship wasn't in the movie. Well, yes, but the only 1:20 USN biplane that I could find to battle Kong was an F9C Sparrowhawk - 5 of which were carried by the USS Macon, and launched and then retrieved mid-air. Note the open belly hangar visible on my build. (Also see my in-progress thread).

I built that Evil Iron back when I was a kid and have been wanting to get one since I got back into the hobby.
Just don't want it enough to pay what it usually goes for since I am not a big vehicle builder, and they are not cheap.

Aurora White tailed deer, Black bear and American bison. I joined E-bay again after a 16 year hiatus............ Dammit.

Also scored some serious resin from Alchemy! Coming to a cave soon.
