Walking Dead back this weekend...

#1 Post by JMCFAN »

The second half is going to be intense...and the finale.... oh oh...

Maggie

“[Hearing] the word ‘finale’ gives me a physical reaction because it’s the hardest day on set that I’ve ever had in my life,” Lauren Cohan said. “I never even imagined that as an actor you could have that experience. It’s one of the most raw experiences that I think any of us have ever had. Andy talks about being late to work; I didn’t want to go to work that day. It took a really, really long time for everybody to feel okay again after the finale, let’s put it that way.”

Rick

"I felt sick to my stomach when I read the script," star Andrew Lincoln said of his reaction to reading the script for the season finale. "It was the first day in the whole six years of working on 'The Walking Dead' that I was late for work because I woke up in the middle of the night and I couldn’t get back to sleep. I was so angry and frustrated and I felt sick. And that was just after reading it."

I don't think it will be Glenn...a few reasons one being he is a fan fav.
The other is that they just put him thru the ringer...but then again it could have been foreshadowing for what's to come.
They have before "saved" characters that should be dead.

I have read it; hopefully they are right with "he has enough time"... When Darryl go I have the feelings, that the series will no more be the same. Same with Michonne. Maybe Carol will go? OK, Carl would be "not as bad" as one of the other characters, but... HELL!

I think its safe to say there is going to be some deaths the next few episodes, probably even in the opener. My opinion is if somebody has to go, let it be Morgan. Never a big fan of his. Hopefully by the hands of the "W" he should have killed. I like his character better than Morgan. Next, Father Gabriel, I can't believe he lasted this long. And if Negan is gonna take someone out, Sasha is my choice of the three.

I think if Lauren Cohen and Andrew Lincoln had such a strong reaction to the finale, I think they are going to make it Glenn. I think any of the characters that have been long time members will be very hard to let go of at this point, but that's the power of the show. Although I would not be sad to see slimy father holier-than-thou make an exit.

Rick and Carl are the center of the story. Everyone else is expendable. I predict Glenn and Morgan

Glenn could be the one, and when they have seen him on the set for the next season, he might return as a Walker. Imagine him attacking Maggie or Rick, hell, that would have some emotiona impact!

My Wife never watched the series. She had to endure my Daughter and I always talking about it. Well we just finished watching the whole series she DVR'd at New Years. Finished right before the premiere last night.
As I rewatched I came to the conclusion that Glenn is the luckiest guy left alive on the planet!!!

Last nights episode was ferocious! AND it did hurt....

Gotta agree with that one. Too many close calls in such a short period to be a coincidence.

I've read the graphic novel all the way through, and there are several characters on the show that perish in the book(s). Last night was a perfect example with Jesse and her boys getting eaten, Rick chopping off Jesse's arm, and Carl Poppa getting his eye shot out.

Then again, there are characters on the show that never appear in the books - Darryl, for example - so I have no idea about their fates.

Negan has quite the impact on the lives and fortunes of all of the major characters.

Except Darryl, of course, since he doesn't actually exist. :lol2:

Great ep last night! Daryl blowing away the bikers is up there with Carol taking out Terminus.
I figured Carl would loose the eye last ep and that would be the cliffhanger.
So it appears that the shows catching up to the books with Alexandria and group. And still awaiting Negan.
No bad on Glen But I would be disappointed if it would be anyone else to meet Lucille.
I imagine the larger viewing audience isn't even aware the book exist so Glen would cause a great disturbance in the force!
He also mentioned Andrea Hershel and Dale as well as the still ominous burning of Maggie's picture so I'm thinking its bye-bye for our boy. :?
