new Blade Runner

#1 Post by Buc Wheat »

Watched this last night! Meh!!! As much as I love
the original, I hated this one!!

Story made no sense whatsoever!! And was pretty uneventful
throughout.

About the only thing I enjoyed was the background.

Skip it!

Um...OK, that’s your opinion...
It made a lot of sense to me, answered a lot of questions that the first specifically did not...I might not have liked the answers, but I really enjoyed the movie, definately recommend it.

Way to somber not that original wasn't ..
Won't see it again unlike the original which I own.
It answered some questions why did Wallace has red eyes?
did he turn himself into replicant?
Nostalgia can be a bad thing, especially when you are led by it.

You really are a #$#$#$# old crow. Take those words and get back to watching re runs of the Tom Brady shampoo commercials. That movie was one of the best moves in the past 5 years. Especially if you love the first movie. Hurry up and set your dvr, I think they are showing your other favorite movie tonight " Joe Dirt".

lmao... aaaaaah shuddap ya senile sausage brain!

1. so take the story out to it's conclusion.... ?! now what happens?! Cuz if K
could find her, Wallace can't??!

2. of all the different fractions, and all their motivations, what was the difference
btwn Decker, let's say, and the Princess Bride? and the chick who worked for
Wallace seemed at odds w/ what Wallace wanted. and... what did Wallace wanna
do... if he creates replicants that reproduce, doesn't that effect his bottom line?!
Wouldn't you want to keep creator rights for yourself?!

3. all of that should have been avoided IF THEY JUST BURNT RACHAEL's BONES
in the first place!!!!! I mean, come on!! They go to all that trouble to hide this
girl, but put Rachael's bones in a box??!!

The whole plot line made no sense whatsoever!

oh ... IMHO, of course. I could be wrong...

You are wrong. They were hiding her because she was a replicant in the first gen that could produce.

DUH!!! no #$#$#$#, idjit!! Everyone figured that out... actually she apparently
is the ONLY replicant that can reproduce... unless you count Decker, I guess.

which still makes my questions above STILL f'ing relevant! :) Why would Wallace want replicants that
can produce??! Doesn't make sense?! Hurts his bottom line!!

And what was the point of her being able to reproduce if she was gonna
be locked away in a glass box all her life, ALONE, anyways?!!

I don't care what you say... The whole plot was STUPID!!!!! I'm gonna go
re-watch Zardoz!!
