Loved the first one (can you believe that was out in 1995 ), also enjoyed Zathura (2005) - but THIS - well - even the trailer had me LMAO.

Not for everyone - but it looks like it'll be a fun ride for OUR family . . .

Finally managed to organise a viewing.

Loved every minute of it - an absolute RIOT! Perfect casting and a great job by all the actors/actresses. So funny.

Respectful to the original, and a VERY clever way of upgrading the franchise.

And BOY did Karen Gillan grow up - a number of scenes included smouldering/sultry and/or wide-eyed expressions that totally surprised me.

Watch it - trust me - you WON'T be disappointed.

What a fun ride. Perfect Action/fantasy film. Lots of laughs. Lots of action. Wonderful popcorn movie. And extra points for Karen Gillian (Amy from Doctor Who). Yep. Loved it.
