Scream Factory Bows BLACULA Blu-ray Set!

Scream Factory has just announced that In February, they will release a blood-sucking double feature of the 1970s AIP guilty pleasures BLACULA and its sequel SCREAM, BLACULA SCREAM. These two will bare their fangs on Blu-ray for the first time in the U.S. and Canada. Both films star William Marshall as “Blacula” and the legendary Pam Grier (FOXY BROWN) is third-billed in SCREAM, BLACULA SCREAM.There are no details on extras at this time but they will be announced before the end of the year. Also of note, Scream Factory will also release a double feature Blu-ray of the late 1970s AIP vampire comedy LOVE AT FIRST BITE (starring George Hamilton and Susan St. James) and the 1980s vampire comedy ONCE BITTEN (with Jim Carrey and Lauren Hutton). This double feature will also street in February and re LOVE AT FIRST BITE, Scream Factory has stated, “We are aware that prior DVD versions of the film were altered, specifically during a key moment in a disco in which the song ‘I Love the Nightlife’ song (sung by Alicia Bridges) was replaced by another track. We are doing our best to correct this and will keep you posted on the progress.”
