The Autopsy of Jane Doe (netflix)

#1 Post by Buc Wheat »

in trying to slow down going thru The Punisher ep's TOO quickly,
decided to watch this last night instead!

WOW! Nothing like what I was expecting...not that I had a clue
what this movie was about! But man, was that an enjoyable hour
plus spent!

Do yourselves a favor and check this one out!

Saw it recently and was impressed. Anything that includes Brian Cox prominently in the cast is a safe bet.

Watched it last night on Buc's recommendation. Very cool. If you have Amazon Prime, check out Hereditary and Annihilation which are available now. Annihilation is like a modern take on Lovecraft's "Colour out of Space."

Thought TAOJD was pretty neat, didn't know anything about it and was hooked all the way through.

Yeah, I'd seen those rumors a while back. <Cringe> Cage is so unreliable - for every Kiss of the Vampire or Mandy there's a Wicker Man. :)

I hear ya, but after Mandy I'm willing to give him another shot.

A not-so-rare sighting of the "overacting-nic-cage" beast. Reminds me of one of the scenes in Ghost Rider 2 :)

The reviews for the remake were so bad when it came out, that I stayed well-clear. Love the original that inspired the song though.

Not too bad. I'm not one for supernatural horror movies (with a few exceptions) - but it was very watchable.

Not sure the reasons for the song of choice - but Pebbles & Bamm-Bamm won't be pleased - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVogUqWScYc
