Banshee - HBO Max

My son told me about this series, saying "the main actor is the guy that played Homelander in the Boys. it's supposed to be the reason he got the Boys job, cuz he was so good in this"
So I started watching it a couple weeks ago and caught the last episode last night.
Wasn't bad. I'd call it a poor man's 'Justified' (and the wife sez, "...and he's no Oliphant!") lol
Although it's on HBO Max, this was a Cinemax series (how's that work, btw?!)... and very much
like 'Game of Thrones' first season, Ciney gets all giddy with that fact that they're a cable channel
and "...we can show s-s-s-skin!!" and in the 1st two seasons, them must have hired every 14 yr old
boy to write their scripts... cuz there's ALOT of sex!!!! So beware!!
Overall I'd give it a 6.
