Creepshow - TV series

#1 Post by tay666 »

Couldn't believe we didn't have a thread for this yet.
I loved season one.
Been looking forward to season two (which has been on the DVR a while)
Started binging it tonight.
First episode was amazing! I think everyone here would love it.
I mean the first story was about model kits.
And the second story is basically Bob Ross vs Army of Darkness.

For those who don't know. Creepshow is a series on Shudder (which I don't have).
That gets reshown later on AMC (which I do have)
Each episode consists of two, roughly, half hour stories.
Created by Greg Nicotero who so gets this genre. This series is close to perfect.
Really brings to life those old horror comics from the 60's and 70's.

Here is the website
https://www.shudder.com/series/watch/cr ... b?season=1

Yeah, I know there is some talk in there, but I figured it needed a thread of it's own.

It is on season 3 already after all.

Maybe move the "+ve" stuff over?

I was disappointed with season 2 - really went downhill IMO. I'll do some digging on season 3 if it's started though.

I've been watching it. It's entertaining enough. Some good nods to the genre in quite a few episodes.
I'll keep watching it.

Trevor,

I actually stumbled upon it last month. I was looking for something new, and not too bloody and gory to watch gearing up for Halloween, and wasn't disappointed! The episodes were very entertaining.
