To me, it has a real UFO vibe to it.
"UFO" ?!? - they never had any real following or respect in the UK - but I heard a band of some serious persuasion uses their ONE decent song as an intro
First, thanks for Souls Of Tide Ian. My kind of Rock
Then, love UFO. In this song, there's one of the best guitar solo i ever heard. Starts at 3.20
Just perfection !! Schenker is at his best. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypYkkDwJBxw
I'm not positive, but I'm getting a sense of deja-vu
I think Ian and I have discussed UFO before.
And I would also point out Lights Out, Too Hot To Handle, and often overlooked Belladonna.
No worries Pat - thought that might be your "cup of tea"
Those UFO tracks? - sorry guys - just don't like UFO at-all (aside from "Doctor Doctor"). I think Schenker is overrated (unlike his Brother Rudy who is an amazing songwriter and guitarist). Always lumped him in with the other "twiddly-widdly" types like Malmsteen. I also have little respect for someone who has repeatedly performed drunk and let people down, AND regularly falsely maligns his Brother.

"You asked for it... So we are pleased to present our video for one of our favorite tracks off our album ‘Vicious’, ‘Do Not Disturb’.
This song is based off a true story of mine about a very fun night I had overseas that all started with the pick up line “I think we should make out.”
And since it’s October... the boys and I decided to spooky-up the story with a few, ahem... minor exaggerations...
Hope you enjoy!
Love, Lzzy"
Just the right combination of campy, tacky and funny . . . oh - and it's Lzzy's 35th Birthday today - Happy Birthday gurl!
A bit of Rocky Horror influence as well... Very Cool!!!
Saw them for the FIRST time over the summer... WOW!!!
They kinda slipped through my radar cause I have known about
them, just regretfully forgot to check them out thoroughly.
Your posting of "Here's to Us" video in the fundraiser thread
reminded me of them, and I've been hooked ever since!!!
Actually going to see them in NYC on my B-Day in November.
