Agreed. Also, when they start getting really big, they don't tour as much, and tickets are outrageous.NM 156 wrote: Glad you had a great time, they truely ARE a premium act.
Totally agree with you on the "why aren't they more popular"
comment, but to be honest, they are probably better off that
way. Mega popularity "can" create mega egos, and band-wise,
we all know what that leads to.
I want them to get big enough to live comfortably, but still enjoy their life and not be in the spotlight.
I hope you enjoy Kiss. But if it's anything like the last time I saw them, you aren't going to expend too much energy at the show. It was good to watch (with some cringe-worthy moments due to Paul's voice declining) but wasn't much of a 'concert experience'.We will be seeing them in August with Alice Cooper.
Must confess, we are going just to see Halestorm - LoL.
I was never an AC fan, and have never seen him live,
but with HS as a co-headliner, and the venue literally less
than 10 minutes from my house, it's a no brainer!!!
For the record, we will stay for AC, just don't know how
long we will last as we're seeing KISS the night before!!!
I hope you end up enjoying Alice. He is a consummate performer.
Not a lot of chit-chat between songs, but still draws you in just with his stage presence and performance.
