Very Lifelike

#1 Post by grimaldi »

Hi Guys and girls....I came across this a guy called Noel Cruz.....if you have never seen his work before, you might want to check his website out...

www.ncruz.com

He gets hold of production toy dolls and literally repaints their faces..it is incredible how lifelike they become after he has done his magic...you will see examples of before and after....apologies if this has been posted before my time within the community...but for those that have never come across him before, you are in for a treat.... :)

Great work.
The young Bette Davis threw me for a second, then I realized it was because I'd never seen the young Bette Davis except in B&W films. The color was what didn't click at first.
Amazing likeness of all the subjects.

Very impressive work. Nice to get a different perspective on achieving those oh-so-subtle skin tones needed in rendering a face. Thanks for the link.
