Rugops Bust

#1 Post by inspectorgill »

Hey Guys...

I've been spending time over in the "creature" forums but I thought I'd come back to my first love: Dinosaurs! One things that I've noticed in the other genres is that busts are very popular - be it classic monsters, dragons or original designs, but dinosaurs don't seem to have these, at least not in the larger scales. I thought I'd go with a theropod we don't see very often, if ever: a Rugops (the entire bust is 13" tall and the sculpture itself is 10"). Hope you like it and please let me know if this is something you'd like to see more in the future.

That would make a pretty cool wall hanger!

Steve, now THAT is looking wicked!

It looks like it just leapt off the pages of something like Mark Schultz's "Xenozoic Tales" comic.

That piece needs to be made into a kit by somebody. It is just SWEET.

Thanks so much, guys!

And, Vlad, I didn't have Mark in mind but I have been a big fan of his for at least 30 years. Appreciate the comparison!
