A little miniature cave bear I painted (my fingers for scale). The mini came from an old board game I own. The bear is vinyl. I really like how he turned out but there is a horrible seam line on him that I should have removed. I started him just as practice to get back into painted and didn't think to scrape it off

Re: Mini Cave Bear
Many years ago I found a very realistic 8" plastic lizard at a dime store for 25 cents.
It looked so life like that the cats were freaked out by it.
I had intended to re paint it but one of the pets, cat or dog, don't know which ended up chewing its tail off.
Its amazing how well made some dirt cheap plastic toys can be.

In Japan the Capsule Toys are amazing, many firmer GKit sculptors doing those now.
Kaiyodo made GKits, etc but they also created museum displays originally and runs their own sculpting school.
I like the Schleich animals, etc for some Diorama.
