ARES - God of War

#1 Post by dklange »

Several years ago I bought this Ares kit from Maven Collectibles, and it sat on my "to do" bench for a number of years. Back in January I decided to see what I could do with it. It's a great sculpt and was fun to paint.

Number one, that's incredible - your paint job makes a great kit even greater.

Number two, Monty Python has forever ruined stuff like this for me. Every time I see someone in antique battle gear, I think of the Holy Grail and giggle. It's ruined a lot of movies for me...

No… however, I did have a spot light aimed at it during the photoshoot. Just help enhance it.

Also, thanks Ric, for your comment!

The base is so neat with the fire coming out of it.

And what a clean orderly workspace.
The brushes are so efficiently stacked in the container.

My workspace...all I can say is imagine a room with all sort of tools and containers, after an earthquake hit it.
