The Coming of the Dragon

#1 Post by csoldier »

Loosely based upon events in Middle Earth prior to the War of the Ring, a certain town of Dale in the shadow of Mount Erebor was visited by Smaug the dragon.....

This diorama is a combination of Tower by TableTop World, Vermithrax Dragon by Pegasus Hobbies, and dwarves and other figures by Mithril Miniatures. Although unrelated I thought all parts came together nicely.

Needs to be re-photographed in natural light ;)

Impressive, how did you do the tower building? Completely scratchbuilt or there is a kit?

Thank you, the tower is a kit by Croatian company Tabletop World, not cheap products, but the details are outstanding -
https://tabletop-world.com/product/wizard-tower/

The dragon is Pegasus Models' Vermithrax and the dwarves are Mithril Miniatures ;)
