Decided to use 3d printed balrog head
Roughy attached head; will slim down and refine neck
Continuing to refine wings

Slimmed down neck
Threw on some primer to see how it looks all tied together

Put on light base coat
Since this bash is primarily based on a swamp thing kit, going with a greenish color scheme

OK - TWO pints . . . (you need the other thread for that to make sense).

Since my two werewolf bashes currently in progress are both brown schemes, and I have difficulty with red paint schemes, then green it is…. At least for now…

Yes, the balrog head is very cool and there is no way I could sculpt anything close to this good.

I found the balrog head on Etsy.
There are several sellers producing the 3d balrog head and they can make it in different sizes.
I actually ordered 4 of them before I found the right size for this bash, from LeviathanDesignsLLC.

So I now have 3 other balrog heads of various sizes, but I am pretty sure that I will eventually figure out how to use them.

Started adding some washes
Lightened up the chest, abs and thighs for some contrast
