STONE MASONRY - GOTHIC DOORS

#1 Post by GEOFF MARTIN »

:D ..Hey Gang,
Just spent a great weekend in Barcelona in the 'Gothic Quarter' and thought I'd post these for reference, seeing as a lot of kits out there incorporate Gothic doors/Stonework etc...the following are all from Medieval sites around the City...I for one will be using them for reference on my latest 'Sanctuary' kit...maybe they may help someone out with colour tones or sculptors with texture/composition....feel free to use em' all... :D

You've given us a great selection of reference shots of colour, style, ageing and particularly like the doors/gates in your last pictures.

These shots are wonderful. I'm always on the hunt for reference material. Always building on my library of images. On the net, you key in what your looking for and say "Picture" "Images" like "Moon sky images" or "Starry Night Images" and up pops tons of ones just like what your posting here. I'll be sure to add your fabulous shots in my library too. Thanks again for being so thoughtful.
