Very slick and professional, I love it!
I was trying to pick out the theme for this year and stumbled onto this:

As part of our “Where were you in ’82?” celebration, Doc Gangrene--Nashville’s reigning king of Horror Hosts— will be back in the house

Or it could be hellboy, as he's in the webbanner. 82 would be a good one as there could be lots of good kits for it.

From the site: "This year's theme centers on the year 1982. Even if you weren't born yet, you've felt the impact of an unusually high number of great movies."

Regarding Hellboy - I believe they're just using one of the gold medal winners from last year, "Codename: Hellboy", to advertise this year's contest.

I missed that somehow.... where was it?
Ahhhh, big ass banner on the front page.... Every time I was there, Joanna cassidy was there. I clicked on the arrow and BAM!
HAHAHA! ET! Strangely, I don't think I've ever seen an ET kit.

If you actually click on "Upcoming Show" in the menu, it takes you to a specific page that talks about the theme. It is a little confusing, since it looks like it's just a header for a drop-down menu.

Ahyes. I clicked on that, but then went down and clicked on the items, not the header itself. Weird implementation, I've never seen that before. I got there by clicking on the ET banner.

Here's where it takes you:

The new site looks great! Really gets the juices flowing for working on some kits to bring to the show this year!

For the last 14 years, I have religiously attended the MFCA show in Valley Forge, Pa. Because of it's date, WF has been out of the question, as I regularly burned up the credit card, wallet, and war chest in Valley Forge. Along the way, people kept telling me "Ya gotta go to Wonderfest! You don't know what you are missing!"

Well, Louisville, here I come, reservations have been made!!!!!!!!! I know I will see a few folks from NE Ohio, anyone else wanna race down I-71??????

Hey!
Where abouts in NE Ohio?
I'm in the very corner. Shores of Lake Erie, and on the PA state line.

new layout ROXXX!!!!

1982 is very interesting, although for me the only one listed that matters kit-wise is carpenter's thing...i'll be loading up on thing buildups for the contest in honor of the theme!

may even work up another in the meantime!

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
John Carpenter's The Thing
Poltergeist
The Road Warrior
Creepshow

love these also but won't have room for FLUFFY to come along... :?
