I'm going to be pretty busy for the next couple of weeks on a big project and I could use the mental break to recharge the ol' jam batteries. They're not going away forever, but I think some retooling is in order. It's hard to believe this all started about 8 years ago. That's a pretty good run, but they're feeling tired, worn out and old. Yes, I realize that happened long ago, but to quote Crewman #6 Guy Fleegman: "I'm just jazzed to be on the show!".
Right now I'm thinking the series has run its course and the cast and crew are anxious to move on to other projects. We'll most likely come back as large budget films every few years much like Star Trek: The Next Generation. Every other even #'d Jam will be pretty good while the odd #'d jams will continue to be overly long editions of regular, run-of-the-mill episodes. As we speak, I'm in contract negotiations with J.J. Abrams to take over in a few years with a whole new set of fresh-faced jammers and state of the art special fx. Just kidding. He wouldn't return my calls.
Anywho, see you in a few!
