11 inches is the height of the figure not including the base.

That's awesome! He's got such a great, old-school, retro feel to him. Really, really
dig him a lot! Beautiful sculpt and a perfect paint job! :D

My thoughts exactly - when I saw it I thought "why is he showing a Bowen statue here?" :?
The look of the kit plus the excellent paint application looks exactly like a production Bowen statue.
