Ok... got it... but I thought that PayPal and Ebay were some how one in the same... connected somehow... the PayPal was part of the Ebay party. :oops:

You arent wrong there but things sure seem to be changing in that relationship! You still have to pay for your items through Pay-pal but the post is about changes to eBay BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM and what is now being demanded by eBay for compliance at this time. Let me ask you this, if you had your checking account linked and eBay said you had to alliow unrestricted debiting by them without warning- would you do it??!

Yeah.
If it weren't for PayPal, ebay would have gone broke a while ago.

If I see something I want I then ask the seller a question if he or she would accept a postal money order and most reply yes they would and have been doing this for many years with success. Karl
