1. Everyone should know by now, that if you don't have Registered Seller status, then you shouldn't be trying to sell or promoting your products here at the ClubHouse.
2. Everyone should know by now, that if someone doesn't have Registered Seller status, then you don't ask the person about making kits sales.
Whatever the Mods/Admins are doing to maintain the rules, -whether you like it or not-, is CH business is and will be taken care of at our discretion as time allows.
If I see any more of this nonsense by potential seller or potential buyer, I'm deleting the thread in it's entirety. No if's, and's, or but's about it and the offenders will be issued a warning.
End of discussion.

Re: Selling and buying at the ClubHouse- read it!
Ok. There seems to be a little confusion and/or willful ignorance of the rules and the way they work around here.
Let me clarify a few things. In nice, easy to understand terms.
Anyone wanting to sell here at the Clubhouse, must first get Registered Seller Status.
That means no soliciting sales, or actively hawking products.
Showing off sculpts is not hawking. It is simply sharing your work with others.
Hinting about selling is hawking. So don't think comments like "PM me for more details" are going to fly around here.
If the piece is going to be produced and/or sold by someone who is a registered seller then there is no problem. Go ahead and say so.
Hopefully that doesn't leave any questions about what is or isn't selling.
We do this, not to be pricks, but to ensure that members here are somewhat protected. If someone is a good, contributing member of the CH, then there is less of a chance of them disappearing with anyone's money.
This place is about hanging out and sharing work and tips, more than it is about buying and selling stuff.
Now then. With that said.
If a sculptor hints at selling kits when they aren't Registered Sellers, their threads will be locked and deleted.
If other members ask someone who isn't a Registered Seller about making kits or selling product, then that post will be deleted.
There is no reason to penalize a sculptor because of the actions of others.
Repeated infractions by either type will lead to disciplinary action.
Didn't think I actually had to spell this stuff out here.
For the most part the people who hang out here are great members and don't cause problems.
But, I guess we have a few that need to be hit over the head with a stick every now and then.
