He's (still) mean and he's green...

#1 Post by resin addict »

...and he's really big...and now he's basically finished.
Had this in "The Workbench", but since he's done now he probably belongs here...
As some of you may remember I started a thread last winter about a giant Hulk that I was working on...check it out here...
http://theclubhouse1.net/phpBB3/viewtop ... 9&t=103016
Well...it took a bit longer than a week or two to get back on him, but now he's pretty close to being done...since I last posted, the person I'm doing this for asked if I could possible either sculpt or source a Loki helmet that he's be crushing in his left hand...I hate sculpting, and the horns on that would've been a real pain at this size, so instead we decided to try for an Iron Man Helmet...I had to do some relocation of the Hulk's fingers to get it to fit, and I still need to "crush" the helmet a bit, but I've got the lights added and figured out a way to get them to randomly flicker (check out a short YouTube video here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZKOoDo ... LdKRvKb0wA
Other than the final placement of the helmet, relocating/hiding the switches for the lights and then slightly crushing the helmet, he's pretty much done

Actually just two pieces...the upper body and the pelvis and torso...the upper body "sockets" into his pelvis about 6".
It is hollow cast fiberglass.
