Since last year when they didn't have Certificate of Merits, and this year they're bringing them back, can I bring an entry from last year if it didn't win anything?
Just figured (no pun intended) if I'm paying for 2 entries and you get so many more for free, maybe I'd try one more time, if there's nothing against the rules.

I don't see why not. Im part of IPMS and if a model doesn't place in a show, people will work on it a little more. Like washes, dry brushing and weathering. The worst thing that can happen is they tell you to take it off the table, like they would rememder all the models that get entered.

Yeah you can, they dont mind. Ive had entrys that didnt get squat and tweaked em a bit and brought them back and won with em.
