These legit?

( 291690165334 ) and ( 291690615182 ). Both on eBay one of them is a Sakai but it doesn't look like any casting I've seen before. Opinions please.

Both are almost without a doubt bootlegs - Both of these kits were available as bootlegs all the time 10 years ago on Ebay. If there's no box, they are almost always bootlegs.
Other Sakai kits that use to be on Ebay regularly as bootlegs are:
Appearance of Godzilla 62(coming out of iceberg)
Appearance of Godzilla 64
Godzilla vs King Ghidorah poster art
20Cm Appearance of Godzilla 2001

P.S. - Trying to figure out why I typed "bootlegs" instead of "recasts".

Anyway, yes, they are recasts.

I couldn't see youR links, but pretty sure I bid on and won the Sakai "slam" Kit with big G and Ghidorah. I had been suspect after no one else had bid. Then he wanted to charge me 20 extra in shipping. Then, he couldn't confirm if a recast or not. Then, he said it would be fine to cancel the transaction, after he lowered to original shipping cost. THEN....I canceled the order...eBay member is lucasfrancisstudio. Buyer beware!

About 10 years ago I bought the Appearance of Godzilla 62 on Ebay from a comic shop in New York. They showed pictures of the box and had it listed at $350. I bought it thinking it was an original and received a terrible recast. No box and no instructions either. They wouldn't give me my money back and Ebay wouldn't do anything to help either. The comic store said I got a bargain because and original would go for around $600 at the time they said.

I think an original Yahoo Japan auctions now goes for less than $150.
