You got it!resin addict wrote:When you say 75mm, does that refer to the height of the piece, & if so am I correct in converting that this will be about 3" tall?

I'm under the same impression.. I image there will be a far larger market in Europe for these, though i could be wrong. I know a lot of war gaming guys that said they wanted to get more into the painting side here. One of the purposes of going with the 75mm was to sort of bridge the gap, though these are still leaning on the small side. Maybe we could do a super limited run of a larger scale depending on interest!Frank-Holger wrote:Being a fanatic of figures from 54 up to 120mm and have seen tons of new and old, even older figures of all kind, painted and sold them back and forth I can say, that you are a Master of this scale. When you get the Masters as perfect as the digital sculpt, the collectors of stuff like this will see the "Dawn of a new Day" in this stuff.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I guess that the US market is more concentrated on bigger scaled figures and the European (I mean mostly Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Begium, France and Germany) painters are more hooked on the scales you present so this will be a Blast. And original designs rules anyway!

I'm really the same way, the funnest part was always making the dioramas to put the figures on out of plaster and insulation and static grassFrank-Holger wrote:When I see my own actions as reference I can say that I only paint and do not game. For me, the "spectacular" figure is of interst, the more details, the more it hits my interests, the better. I know many hobbyists here in Germany who loves to paint fantastic figues, too. The 75mm scale has made a big step forward, not only thanks to PEGASO for offering lots of new historical stuff in this scale, but although Fantasy figures like a top notch Conan and a Thulsa Doom with dead on likenes to James Earl Jones. So here you are on the right track. We have several importers here in Germany, and I know some in Italy which serves as distributors for all the shops. So I would love to stay here and wait with dropping jaw for more news from you!

Thanks again Kirk! Andrea Depot has a ton cool pieces from different lines. Pricing will most likely be quite similar to other pieces in the scale, but we are aiming for certificates of authenticity and box art as wellhedorah59 wrote:I am really loving these original sculpts you are doing now, keep 'em coming!
As far as the size, I have a couple of pieces from Andrea Depot (I think) which I haven't done anything
with, but I kind of like the size. I guess it would depend on price at the end.
