Greetings! This is an MPC Darth Vader kit I stripped and restored. I used a transparent red for the lightsaber so it has some color and still glows. I gave it to one of my nephews who is a huge Star Wars fan, he was very happy with it.

Was the worst MPC model ever... the light was a flashlight bulb that didn't fit... the "rasping" sound was a string that you pulled that pulled a little comb over a set of gear teeth. It was too thin... looked like anorexic Vader!
Thanks for the kind words guys! Yes I remember that kit, had one back in the day and I'd have to agree not the best Vade kit. As far as I know the kit has never been re-popped.

I found one on Evilbay a few years back and picked it up... Now I know why they didn't repop them. They were terrible!
