Listen, I'm not going to waste my time with the silly meme Brady/Patriot stuff. I respect Brady and the Patriots for all they have done; it's an impressive body of work, no doubt. And I'm sure the Eagles respect them as well.....but don't fear them either. I'll take the 5.5 point dog position and continue to use that as motivation going into the Big Game. I know the Eagles and the folks in the greater Philadelphia area are hungry to get that first SB win. I'm not saying the Eagles will win it, but I think they have a decent chance of doing so.

oh...<patting head>... we ALL know what happened, Doc!

Wentz went down and you quit on your team! You boxed up all
your wee little eaglets toys... carefully folded your treasured
Chuck Bednarik jersey and packed them under the stairs til next
Sept.

but then... wait... what's this?! NFC Championship game!!?! Whoaaa
nelly! Rushing back downstairs you retrieve your Eaglet box once
again... put Chucky back on <although now it's a little tight around
the chest/belly area> and break out the Amazon gift card and buy a
dog mask!!

...but...

we know....

yes...

...and everytime you take a piss...

you see your wee little dyck in da mirror....

and it's scowling... cuz . it. knows......

hear the whisper... listen....

..."you quit on usssssssssssssssss"

"Shame.... shame"

Apparently, some people on this thread have way too much time on their hands. Sorry pal, but I'm not taking the bait...say all you want, I've heard it all before--boring. Just be aware that you're the one who looks like an idiot, not me....

Thanks Joe! I'll have more comments later; just waiting for someone who overdosed on the self-esteem pills to man-up and apologize

Whoa... keep it in your pants, ya scurvy bilge rats!!

Congrat, Doc, on ur 1st ring! Really, really good game!
(be honest... you were crapping your pants, scared to death that
ol' Tommy boy was gonna pull another GOAT miracle outta his butt
at the end and win it!!!) :)

Observations and thoughts:

1. no, D don't always win championships... but would be nice if you had
a D. Hope GM Bill works on that this off season! Would love to see us
get off the field on 3rd at least one a year.

2. although the Refs spotted ya 6 pts there... no one up here was surprised.
There was NO way they were gonna come back and say that Clements TD, wasn't
(even though it wasn't). They were so scared 3 million NFL fans would pull a Samara
and come thru their TV screens if the Pats got ANOTHER call their way!) (believe me,
we're use to unfair paybacks... we get it... you don't like us!)

...but! I thought it was early enuff in the game not to have affected the end result.

3. Thought we moved the ball very well! (so much for someone's D being the reincarnation
of the 85' Bears). But once Cooks went down, feared the hill would be too hard to
climb. We did good, but 'someone elses' D couldn't stop a nose bleed... (this is where
GM Bill comes in again)

4. Peterson... yo Atlanta...Jacksonville...Pitt!! Were you paying attention? More importantly,
did you take it to heart!! It's called AGGRESSIVE play calling and it was absolutely fun
to watch!!

...of note was the pressure on that poor kicker to kick that FG on, what?! a 47 yarder??! on
their own 35... with 2.09 left in the game... w/ only 5 pts btwn us at the time?!?!! Wow!!
if he missed that and we got the ball back, man, he would have been crucified back in Philly!!!!
Say what you will... but that call took massive Kong gonads!!! Kudo's!!

Hopefully we'll be back again this year and see who comes out 'best outta 3'!!

and you other 30 teams... come on, already! stop being so pathetic!! I now know
how it feels to be a UCONN Womens BktBall fan!! Can we get SOME competition!!?!

Oops!

Real classy of Tom Terrific after the game, too, slinking off the field and refusing to shake anyone's hand.

Yes, I guess Pretty Boy couldn't stomach the fact that a back-up QB who looks like Napoleon Dynamite upstaged him on the biggest sports stage in the world. What, 500+ yards in passing and he still lost? Shame! And since there appears to be an inclination towards the phallic here, Foles is now known as "Big Dyck Nick."

Nope, I saw Matt Ryan shake Brady's hand last year, and I was on the field in Houston in 2004 when the Pats beat the Panthers and Brady shook Jake Delhomme's hand, so I call BS on your claim there, old timer.
