mine had the same thing for 3 days straight and checked off the squares for updates and it gave me more info that was updated.
Travelers to unknown regions would be well-advised to take along the family dog. He could just save you from entering the wrong gate.

It’s been 14 days for me. I checked the boxes but haven’t gotten any updates. Starting to really worry. It seems everyone who pre orederd has received their kit but me.

I'll let Steve know over on FB, John. Not sure you can do anything at this point but wait til it shows up. You might want to email Steve directly ... there must be some "backup" for any kits lost in the mail ...

Here's an explanation from Steve over on FB that explains why some packages were delayed:

"Yes, I am sorry that the post office in Mexico has caused some delays. I am still waiting for two more boxes myself! It was a holiday last week in Mexico, and that caused some delays for sure. Some moved faster than others, but all will arrive. I'm glad we went with the faster option, the cheaper shipping takes at least 6 weeks, and had no tracking number!"

Just remember John ... waiting makes the heart grow fonder!!!

Besides - I have TWO of them, but I won't be starting on either one before the Summer!! I have my MEGA-7th Voyage of Sinbad diorama to complete, and then a 1933 Kong vs TRex dio that is next in line that has got me just as excited .... I'm taking my time (just opening the box and taking a whiff of that FINE vinyl aroma every so often ... AAAAHHHH!!!!

John - I am assuming that you're not interested in a Billiken Kingoji because its only 27cm ... I'm only asking because they are plentiful - and usually cheap - on yahoo.jp ... if you were so inclined, you could probably "kitbash" one up to 30 cm with some work, but it certainly wouldn't look as good as some of the "real" 30-32cm Kingojis ...

I am not opposed to it. I know the others are amazing but good lord that is a lot of cash! I like the Billiken and have been watching eBay for them. I have seen them sell as low as $60 which is tempting

Cool. I'll let you know if I see anything else that looks interesting. Once in a while a loose X-Plus 32cm Kingoji sells for under $200 on yahoo.jp, but usually its damaged and with shipping/fees it would probably cost $300 total ... (boxed ones forget about it ... $400+ even on yahoo.jp) ... if I see a loose one I'll PM you...

Staying on the 62 Godzilla Billiken thread...this kit would work awesomely with the Giant Girl-illa
especially if Godzilla was "in air" being judo'd about......easy to match the two scales on these two varmits
, just be creative in a kitbashing pose....(my two centavos).
