Possible Recast ?..Karnstein

Ive had this kit a few times.. pretty sure this might be a recast, if I recall, wasnt the candle cast in metal? and not sure whats up with the coffin...

With a feedback of 1 ,and new account, there is no way to know if the description saying the kit was bought directly from the manufacturer is true or not. Seller is also from Greece. I have no.idea on the kit parts,but alot of producers end up making metal parts resin instead later on.

Hard to say. I purchased about 6 or 7 Solarwind kits directly from Foxfire while they were in business. But I did not purchase the Karnstein on coffin kit.

The box seems legit compared to my Solarwind boxes. The figure is cast in the usual Solarwind off white resin. The yellow coffin is strange.

None of my Solarwind kits had metal parts, resin only, even the small, flimsy bits.

Agree that the coffin looks suspicious.

For some reason I do recall the coffin being a different color resin than the Countess. The description does say it is not a recast and was purchased from Solarwind. From studying the photos it seems like a clean cast or an original. No harm in asking for more photos to help determine your feelings about it.
