Updated pics at bottom of this page on 8/24/2019 :
Put up life size balrog head and some other LOTR details
Just finished redoing my garage with Racedeck flooring, custom paint scheme, and of course dragons and swords.
Hopefully now I will have time to get back and finish my CM dragon kitbash

Moved the huge balrog head from my kit work display room to the garage.

the balrog head had been displayed in my kit work and display room up in the "tower" for many years.
To get it moved down into the garage, my buddy and I had to take it out on the balcony and then lower it down with ropes. Took us about 2 hours to do the whole project.
The head actually only weighs about 40 pounds but is very awkward to handle.

Thanks! I am currently working on improving my kit work and display rooms.
I will post pics when they are finished. Hopefully in a week or two.

Awesome! If you don't mind me asking, what state do you live in?
(I am curious about how folks in different climates keep their models - out here in the semi-desert dry Northern Sacramento Valley it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep dust out. 8 months of the year the air is full of it. So, maybe once every 2 or 3 years I run water over the pieces that can take it. The rest of them keep collecting dust. )
Virginia.
Only "dust" challenge I have is that with all the kit bashing that I do, the resulting resin dust is sometimes an issue.

Yup. Green and wet = little dust. You just have humidity to contend with, but by the looks of that upgraded castle of yours I am sure that the HVAC takes care of that 24/7.
