Android

#1 Post by Zephyr »

This Android required a lot of prep: the detail of the neck 'mechanics' wasn't clear and I had to recreate them with putty and patience, most of the zipper's teeth had broken off so we removed them all and made new ones, the mold's joins were quite large in places, there were dozens and dozens of resin bobbles and blobs that covered details, also, because the figure is hollow the resin was very thin that it had broken in several places and had to be repaired and made her very delicate.

Still, she's all done now and we reckon she looks damned fine :D

Sorry, I can't recall who sculpted this one or where we got it from.

Very impressive. With your amazing paint work I have to remind myself that it's resin.

Holy crap!
:o

So much detail. All of it so nicely painted.
And that patterning on the clothing . . .

Taken all together, it is very mind blowing.

AWESOME and FANTASTIC work (restoration and paintjob) =D>
(the look make me think a little beat of "Mass Effect" videogame design)
