1/93 scale, according to the photo. As far as whether the tooling is original or reverse engineered, I have no idea.

The original is listed on the instructions as 1/93, so maybe this is a case of using the original to make the new tooling.

IIRC there were parts of this used to make the original Milennium Falcon.
