Like a lot of 3DP kits, the digital artist placed the part seams in places that did not require any extra work to hide them. That is except for the 3 piece cape, which required a couple of evenings of putty and sanding to produce a single flowing shape.

The printing resin used renders remarkable detail, but is very brittle. I was worried about the affect of all the weight and torque applied to the hollow right ankle and a glue joint under the foot. So I added a metal mounting rod from the shin out through the bottom of the foot. I then filled the inside of the leg with casting resin to make the whole thing solid. The Lighting bolts are action figure accessories painted with Molotow chrome. The kit came with a vortex shaped base. I added some clear blue action figure wind shapes on top of it. I placed it all on top of a circular shaped balsa foam base with CNC cut letters.
