Saw him in concert, I think it was 2018, and that show was just all out fun.

Yes, I would agree with you there. Although I never saw him play, I enjoyed his fun summer music. About 30 years ago I knew a guy who would be gone for 6 months out of the year working on oil tankers up in Alaska, and the rest of the time he would be following Jimmy Buffett around and going to every one of his concerts. It was a nice setup.
