Made with some leftover material.

Arms and legs are bendable but it is fastened by one foot to the base.

Thanks.
I was disappointed in it until I remembered how to do the hat better.
I cut it in half--using one piece of felt for the brim and the other for the crown and then merge them with the ribbon.

Best way I have found.
