Billiken Jet Jaguar Commission

#1 Post by Jon LeGrand »

This was not the vinyl kit we expected, but was soft, wobbly rubber. I filled t with water putty, but the ankles and feet are not hollow, so it wont stand up!
12 inches tall. Here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2BO6m5L2b0
here are some photos:

What an unpleasant surprise, Jon - what system did you devise in the end to keep him up? Rods through the soles of the feet? Hidden support at the back of the legs? :alcoholic:

I lean him up against a wall. I did not think rods would work well because drilling the rubber seems like the rubber would just twist and rip instead of make a nice hole.

Wow!
Quite the surprise.
If I ever end up with that one, I will find a way to drill through the feet/ankles and run a coat hanger up to where the durhams would go.
Sadly, there aren't a lot of options for Jet Jaguar kits.
