That looks amazing!
At first I was in love with the wings. The colors, the sheen on them. Then I started noticing the dark patterning around the different areas.
Then I was blown away when you showed the underside.
I hadn't even considered the construction until you started talking about it. Then I realized what a nightmare it would be to assemble and pin everything with those spindly legs.
Just fantastic.

Oh yeah, that old kitbash looks awesome as well. I might have to think about doing something similar. I have an extra of that kit in my stash.

Outstanding painting and is that some type of fur on the upper legs? They are indeed beautiful and creepy. You brought out that fantastic quality where they almost seem alien or bionic. Marvelous!

Thanks, yes the kit comes with real fur that is supposed to be glued on around the legs where they attach to the body with a little on the joints of the forelegs. I used up the fur and had to use something else to finish up the forelegs.
