Manticore Cub

#1 Post by KathyD »

I completed this little fellow at the weekend, a manticore cub from R-One Studios. Subtitled "Mythical Cubs", I don't know if he's first in a series but I thought he was very cute.

Like everything I've got from R-One, excellent casting with very few seams and no fit problems - ok so only 3 parts with main figure and wings but still meant I could get on with painting after minimal prep.

Thank you. One of the reasons I follow and buy from R-One is that they produce original and unique subjects like this :)

Cool. A very nice build and unusual subject. Do you favor legendary/mythological subjects?

Thank you. I wouldn't say I favour those subjects - my collection could be best described as eclectic - but I do have a soft spot for dragons and a small collection of gods & goddesses :)
