Well, these aren't actually for modeling, they are more general purpose to just clean the place up. But I will get a shot or two.
Starting to look like there isn't going to be much modeling this week either.
My basement organization is starting to spiral a bit. While working on one thing, I think of 2 others I really should get done as well.
A couple are hold-overs from the shower project this spring. I never finished the access panel for the plumbing, even though I have all the pieces/parts laying around down here. I also need to clean the chunks of thinset off the piece of plywood I was using. So I can store that away along with a couple other pieces I dug out for this project.
My scrap wood bins are a disaster. And there are a few other things I need to create storage solutions for.

So. I am going to try and wrap all that stuff up this week and quit putting it off. That way, when the snow starts to fly, I can just sit down there and enjoy my basement, and paint in serenity.

Like I said, the shelf isn't much, but it gives me a flat area to store empty boxes for when I get back to actively trying to sell some of my kits again.
In the 2nd pic, you can just see in the upper right corner where I stored the new skeletons.

This is one of my 3 scrap-wood totes. The other two aren't as bad as this one as they are just crates with the smaller cut-offs.
But, yeah, this need to be dealt with.

That's just the hatch to go outside. Someone before me was smart enough to put in a big thick door that I can latch closed and keep the cold out during the winter. All spring-summer-fall it's open. We just got our first snow, so this upcoming weekend I will drag the hose real down to the basement, and latch the door.
It take a bit of work as the hinges have sagged a bit over the years, so I have to lift up on the door and smack the bolt with a hammer to get it to latch.
I added a rubber door sweep to the bottom that I will also have to tighten the screws on, once it is latched shut as well.
Anything to cut down on drafts in the winter.

Today I just got done sealing and wrapping insulation around where my new spraybooth vent goes through that window.
Still deciding if I want to wrap the vent pipe with insulation as well. Will wait and see how much cold it radiates when it really gets cold.
