#1 Post by monkey5150 »

Working on my First conversion and I was wondering:

1. Show I strip the paint off of the figure
2. What should I use, thinned down thinner, degreaser, oxiclean, etc

I never re paint a full figure, just a head
of Snake Plissken for a kit.

All I did was wash the head really well after I cut it off
the figures body, glued it to the resin
body, than primed it and painted.

I would agree with that - just prime and paint, don't usually worry about removing the old paint.
