cool - I wasn't sure if you bought the helm set and put that on ...
I didn't like the eowyn statue too much but after seeing what you did to it makes it look 100 times better ...
one more question and I will stop being annoying
Did you use a dremel to hollow it out??I have one but I never really used it yet. Can't wait to see this thing finished.

Yes I used the dremel with a round sandpaper bit.Just got it as thin as possible on the inside.I never thought about getting the helmet set thats a good idea.

Keep in mind that the helmet set was done in 1/4 scale, which wouldn't match up with the 1/6 scale statues. You did well to approach it the way you did. Looks great!
NICE lab by the way!!! I just noticed the photos of your workspace (reading your vermithrax post.... he looks fantastic too), I'm bright green with envy. REALLY cool. I especially love the custom doors (nautilus, stargate)!
Excellent work John! The addition of the helmet puts Eowyn over the top. I just might have to pick her up now that I've seen what you made her look like.
VERY cool!!

Can't wait to see this one John. I have both the Morgul lord statue and the Eowyn statue. I love the way these two statues interact. The helmat is a nice touch and more true to the film.
