Do it! It's a great experience. I went last year and learned a ton of stuff and the amount of stuff you get for the price is incredible. I believe you sign up for it to reserve a spot.

We will start signing folks up sometime in mid-to late June. The plan is to limit the class to 24 participants. So, folks will need to regsiter right away. Last time we had 36 participants.

All I know is as craptacular as life gets at times, I have been waiting for this class since the one last August ended. I have been looking forward to painting the Gillman for sometime and I have been checking daily to make sure I don't get shut out of the class.

The total package is well worth it as you get a new airbrush and compressor along with all the other stuff at a great price!

Great to hear that people are excited about the class.

DekayX, the info we currently have on the class is posted here: http://jerseyfestfair.com/?page_id=315. George from Black Heart, who runs the class, will be changing some of the class details and options, which will be posted/announced once registrations begin. Should be this week.

NICE! wow thanks for the links, and the info, i think im leaning more towards the "II. Painting a Female Figure Kit Class", so its basically $440.00 and it will basically include the airbrush machine for when i get there????

The $440 option for the Female class does include a brand new Iwata Eclipse HP CS Airbrush (a great airbrush BTW) and a new Badger Airbrush TC909 Aspire Elite Compressor set up and ready to go to paint your Catwoman. You also get the paints and stuff you need, plus Jim Capone and Steve Parke are truly great teachers. It is a great deal and if you don't have an airbrush or compressor, this is an even better deal. And then you will have a great airbrush and compressor that you can take home and paint more kits!

Sorry, Dave, to jump in like that, but these classes are great and just trying to help

Sorry for the holdup re details for our class. I am awaiting pricing for molding and casting our Creature Walks bust. That price will help determine the cost of the class. This class WILL be more expensive than other classes we have done because this is the first class at which we will offer a 360 Series kit; we incur higher costs for producing those castings, more prep time is needed to primer them, and there are significantly higher costs for shipping these larger kits to New Jersey.

We are still looking at the feasibility of offering participants a choice of Creature Walks and our Monster Squad Gillman. The problem with the Gillman is that he has several parts and really is not the best choice for a finishing class.

Hope to have that info this week and to post all the class details this coming weekend.

Thanks for the update George. I know I was really hoping to paint the MS Gillman in the class, but if that option is not in the cards, then a Steve Wang sculpted Creature Walks really is not a step down. It was a hard choice when it was first announced, because both kits are so great.
